Standard Procedure
Usually a delivery takes one week.
Procedure in Austria Standard and Express Delivery:
- We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us with a tracking link.
- The mail service delivers the package.
- Duration: Usually 4 days after ordering, 2 days for express delivery.
Procedure for most EU-countries (DE, NL, ES, FR, IT, BE, DK, CZ, IE, LV, LT, MT, LU, SI, HR, HU, PL, SK, ) Standard Delivery:
- We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us.
- Our mail service delivers the package to a company that manages the delivery outside of Austria.
- As soon as the package arrives at this company the customer gets an email with a tracking link.
- A foreign mail service delivers the package.
- Duration: Usually 8 days after ordering (5 days after we sent it).
Procedure for all other countries:
- We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us with a tracking link.
- The local mail partner service of our mailservice delivers the package.
- Duration: Usually 10 days after ordering. Double the time for overseas countries.
If it takes longer than usual
There could be three reasons for a delay.
- It's vacation time. The Gamerboard-professionals are not always available.
- You have got no sending-notification form us by email.
- You have got a sending-notification form us by email.
Else it depends on:
In case 2 we messed up something.
Solution: Mail us or call us by phone and we will fix it.
In case 3 the mail service messed up something (Eg. box below).
Solution: Mail us or call us by phone and we will we contact the mail service and sort it out.
