"Nice" example for a problem

 

Standard Procedure

 

Procedure in Austria Standard and Express Delivery:

  • We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us with a tracking link.
  • The mail service delivers the package.
  • Duration: Usually 4 days after ordering, 2 days for express delivery.

 

Procedure for D, BE, DK, NL, LU, SI Standard Delivery:

  • We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us.
  • Our mail service delivers the package to a company that manages the delivery outside of Austria (this has a lower price than our mail service).
  • As soon as the package arrives at this company the customer gets an email with a tracking link.
  • A foreign mail service delivers the package.
  • Duration: Usually 7 days after ordering.

 

Procedure for D Express Delivery:

  • We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us with a tracking link.
  • The local mail partner service of our mailservice delivers the package.
  • Duration: Usually 5 days after ordering.

 

Procedure for all other countries:

  • We give the package to our mail service and the customer gets an email from us with a tracking link.
  • The local mail partner service of our mailservice delivers the package.
  • Duration: Usually 10 days after ordering. Double the time for overseas countries.

 

 

 

If it takes longer than usual

 

There could be two reasons for a delay. It depends on:

 

  1. You have got no sending-notification form us by email.
  2. You have got a sending-notification form us by email.

 

 

In case 1 we messed up something.

Solution: Mail us or call us by phone and we will fix it.

 

 

In case 2 the mail service messed up something (Eg. box below).

Solution: Mail us or call us by phone and we will we contact the mail service and sort it out.
