You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a representative of you or a third party other than the carrier has/have taken possession of the goods. by a clear statement of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the cancelation form. To comply the cancellation deadline it is sufficient that you send the message about your cancellation before the end of this period.

Effects of cancellation: If you cancel this contract we have to return all payments that we have received from you immediately, including the costs of shipping the article to your place (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a delivery different from our standard-delivery), and repay within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment we use the same methods of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed to do otherwise; in any case you will not be charged for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Articles reduced in price, marked as "SALE", can be returned too.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Articles can only be returned undamaged and unused.

Boards should be returned in an undamaged original packing please. That means that the cardboard box for the board is not cut or torn but is neatly opend by cutting the adhesive tapes.
