  1. Terms and conditions here that contradict the applicable national laws shall be deemed not set.
  2. Place of jurisdiction is, if possible by law, Vienna, Austria if this is possible by the laws in the consumers or buyers country.
  3. The applicable law is the Austrian law if this is possible by the laws in the consumers or buyers country.
  4. Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been paid.
  5. If a delivery arrives damaged, the buyer must not accept it but must refuse acceptance and inform us. (Not if delivery is damaged.)
  6. If the the delivery fails, the customer bears the expenses of the reshipment.
  7. Customers who fail to pay after being reminded risk having their name and address posted on this website after we filed a law suit.
  8. The contractual language is German, if the purchase is made in the german part of the webshop, it is English, if the purchase is made in the english part of the webshop
  9. The customer agrees to get one final information email after receiving the ordered goods.
  10. The customer consents to our Privacy Notice.
  11. The customer consents to our Refund Policy.
