Usually a delivery takes one week.

If it takes longer than usual

 

There could be three reasons for a delay.

 

  1. It's vacation time. The Gamerboard-professionals are not always available.
  2. Else it depends on:

  4. You have got a sending-notification form us by email.

 

 

In case 2 we messed up something.

Solution: Mail us or call us by phone and we will fix it.

 

 

In case 3 the mail service messed up something (Eg. box below).

Solution: Mail us or call us by phone and we will we contact the mail service and sort it out.
