You can insert magnets into metal pins yourself. Here is a short instruction:

 

 

  1. Buy the pins on the internet or elsewhere.
  2. Make a mold to fix the pin without scratching it up.
  3. Secure the mold with the pin, dor example with a vice.
  4. Drill a hole into the pin with a 8 mm drill for the magnet (magnet size app. 5x3 mm).
  5. Glue the magent into the pin with two-component adhesive.
  6. Fill the rest of the hole with hot-melt adhesive.
